Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 21H, § 6A

The department shall participate in the implementation of IMERC standards established at the Northeast Waste Management Officials Association to assist in carrying out the requirements of sections 6A to 6M, inclusive, and to help coordinate reviews of the manufacturers' applications for phase out exemptions and collection system plans.
