Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 175E, § 13

The supreme judicial court for the county of Suffolk shall have jurisdiction in equity upon the petition of the commissioner and upon a summary hearing to enforce all lawful orders of the commissioner. Any person aggrieved by any action of the commissioner under this chapter may, within twenty days of the action in question, file a petition for review in the supreme judicial court for the county of Suffolk.
