The department shall make an annual report of its doings under this chapter, with such suggestions as to the condition of affairs or conduct of corporations and companies subject to this chapter as may be appropriate, with such abstracts of the returns required by section eighty-three as it deems expedient, but including the names and addresses of the principal officers and of the directors.
