Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 160, § 114

No right of way across any railroad track or location which is in use for railroad purposes shall be acquired by prescription. This section shall not apply to rights of way which existed on June fifth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two.
