Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 15D, § 15

(a) Any person who violates section 6 shall be punished for each violation by a fine of up to $5,000 or by imprisonment in the house of correction for not more than 2 1/2 years, or by both.

(b) Upon petition of the department, the superior court shall have jurisdiction to enjoin any violation of said section 6 or to take other action that equity and justice may require.
