Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 15C, § 24

This chapter shall be independent of and in addition of the authority of the New England Education Loan Marketing Corporation established by section one hundred and ninety-one of chapter three hundred and fifty-one of the acts of nineteen hundred and eighty-one.
