The clerk or other officer who has charge of the records of a corporation against which judgment has been so recovered and execution so issued and returned unsatisfied, upon reasonable request of the judgment creditor or of his attorney, shall furnish to him a certified list of the names of all persons who were officers and stockholders in such corporation at the time of the commencement of the suit in which judgment was recovered.
