Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 149, § 177A

No person shall, by a special contract with his employees, exempt himself from liability which he may be under to them for injuries suffered by them in their employment and resulting from the negligence of the employer or of a person in his employ.
