Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 149, § 110

No owner, occupier or manager or person for the time being in charge of a textile factory shall permit the relative humidity in a weaving or spinning department in the textile factory under his control to exceed the following limits:
