Licenses to have charge of and to operate a nuclear steam power plant, in which plant steam is generated by the release of heat energy as a result of neutron activity, shall be classified as follows:
1. Nuclear Power Plant Senior Supervising Engineer, to be the responsible engineer in full charge of the entire nuclear plant, prime movers, auxiliaries, control systems, and related equipment.
2. Nuclear Power Plant Operating Engineer, to be in charge of the nuclear power plant, its auxiliaries, prime movers, and related control systems as the designated shift supervisor.
3. Assistant Nuclear Power Plant Operator, to operate the auxiliaries, the control room or their related systems under the supervision of either a nuclear power plant operating engineer or a nuclear power plant senior supervising engineer.
