Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 127, § 131

The parole board shall, in releasing a prisoner on parole, specify in writing the terms and conditions of his parole, and a copy of such terms and conditions shall be given to the parolee. A violation of such terms and conditions shall render the parolee liable to arrest and re-imprisonment.
