The superintendent of each veterans' home, in coordination with the executive director of veterans' homes and housing, shall conduct annual reviews of the respective home's health record system and ensure the home is equipped with technology to best serve access to records for veterans and, where applicable, access to records for veterans' families. A copy of the review shall be sent to the governor, the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate and house committees on ways and means and the joint committee on veterans and federal affairs.
