Massachusetts General Laws Part I. Administration of the Government (Ch. 1-182) Ch. 112, § 78

The board shall keep records of the names of all persons registered and licensed by it and of all money received and disbursed by it and duplicates thereof shall be open to public inspection in the office of the state secretary. It shall make an annual report of the condition of nursing in the commonwealth.
