Section 32.(a) Authority is hereby conferred upon the Police Jury of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, to sell the jail site and improvements thereon, at the corner of Milam and McNeil Streets, in the City of Shreveport, Louisiana, for the price and upon such terms as said Police Jury shall fix and which shall be the most advantageous to the Parish as it is practicable to secure; and said Police Jury is further authorized to cause the necessary act of transfer evidencing the sale, whether for cash or on terms, to be duly executed and signed.
(b) to (f) Repealed by Acts 2010, No. 137, § 1.
