Kentucky Revised Statutes Title IV. Judicial Branch § 27A.360.Court disposition level relating to bond and pretrial release

(a) The amount of the bail;

(b) Whether the bail was cash, property, a percentage of cash bail, secured, unsecured, or otherwise;

(c) Whether the conditions of bail were satisfied; and

(d) Whether or not the bail was returned, forfeited, credited to the public advocate or otherwise;

(a) Whether or not released on own recognizance;

(b) Whether release was upon conditions, if so what conditions; and

(c) Whether the conditions of release were satisfied.
