Whenever any decree or judgment entered by a district court has become final and such decree or judgment shall change the ownership or the title to real estate, the clerk of the district court shall file with or exhibit to the county clerk of the proper county the original or a certified copy of such decree or judgment, for entry upon the transfer records of the clerk's office. No fee shall be required for making such entry.
