Kansas Statutes Chapter 58. Personal and Real Property § 58-2241. Duty of register of deeds to enter instruments on transfer record

It shall be the duty of the register of deeds, when he or she shall receive any instrument conveying real estate which has not been entered on the transfer record to have such instrument entered on said transfer record immediately upon the recording of the same in his or her office.
