The interstate compact to conserve oil and gas referred to in the above section, and which was by statute regularly ratified, approved, confirmed and extended by the state of Kansas (K.S.A. 55-857 through 55-861) 1 and which it is hereby proposed to amend, extend and renew by agreement, subject to the approval of Congress is with the exception of said amendment set out in full in K.S.A. 55-804.
