If the assessment is not deducted and paid to the person or persons as provided in K.S.A. 47-2005, or within 10 days thereafter, such lien, within one year after the expiration of such 10-day period, may be foreclosed by action in any court having jurisdiction in the county in which such sheep or wool, or their products, was sold, or in which such sheep or wool, or their products, may be found, or in which such sheep or wool, or their products, shall have been commingled with other sheep or wool, or their products.
