Kansas Statutes Chapter 47. Livestock and Domestic Animals § 47-1305. Penalty for violation of act

Any person, firm, partnership, corporation, city or official of any corporation or city, violating the provisions of this act or of any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant thereto shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500. Each day the provisions of this act or any rule and regulation made pursuant thereto is violated shall be a separate offense.
