As used in article 13 of chapter 47 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, “garbage” means all waste material derived in whole or in part from the meat of any animal, including fish and poultry, other waste animal material, and other refuse of any character whatsoever that has been associated with any such material, resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking or consumption of food. For the purposes of article 13 of chapter 47 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, “garbage” shall not be deemed to include pasteurized dairy products.
