Kansas Statutes Chapter 44. Labor and Industries § 44-1114. Posting of act

Every person subject to this act shall keep posted in a conspicuous place or places on the person's premises notices to be prepared or approved by the commission, which shall set forth excerpts of this act and such other relevant information which the commission considers necessary to explain the act.
