The applicant shall serve those persons set forth in K.S.A. 39-954, and amendments thereto, with copies of the application. Service of process shall be as provided for under the code of civil procedure. The applicant shall also send a copy of the application for receivership to the adult care home. The adult care home shall post the application in a conspicuous place within the adult care home.
