Kansas Statutes Chapter 39. Mentally Ill, Incapacitated and Dependent Persons; Social Welfare § 39-719c. Proof deemed prima facie evidence assistance unlawfully received

In any action or proceeding for the recovery of assistance paid to an alleged ineligible recipient of assistance, proof that the recipient of assistance possesses or did possess property or income which does or would have rendered him ineligible to receive such assistance shall be deemed prima facie evidence that such assistance was unlawfully received.
