Kansas Statutes Chapter 39. Mentally Ill, Incapacitated and Dependent Persons; Social Welfare § 39-351. Supplemental nature of K.S.A. 39-349 to 39-351

This act shall not be construed as repealing any existing law except so far as it may conflict herewith, but shall be construed as supplemental to the said chapter 100  1 of the Session Laws of Kansas for the year 1909.

1 So in enrolled bill; chapter 100 refers to 39-343 to 39-348.
