Kansas Statutes Chapter 39. Mentally Ill, Incapacitated and Dependent Persons; Social Welfare § 39-1448. Notification of disclosure of information to certain persons authorized; exceptions

A qualified person who, in good faith and exercising reasonable care, makes a disclosure of information pursuant to K.S.A. 39-1446, and amendments thereto, may notify any person reasonably associated with the eligible adult of the disclosure, unless the qualified person suspects that such person reasonably associated with the eligible adult has committed or attempted financial exploitation of such eligible adult.
