Kansas Statutes Chapter 39. Mentally Ill, Incapacitated and Dependent Persons; Social Welfare § 39-1438. Same; when protective services accepted or declined

If an involved adult does not agree to accept reasonable and necessary protective services, or if such adult states during the course of service delivery that such adult does not want to proceed with such services, such services shall not be provided or continued.
