Kansas Statutes Chapter 39. Mentally Ill, Incapacitated and Dependent Persons; Social Welfare § 39-1006. Day care programs defined

Day care programs shall be those which provide day service for development in self-help, social, recreational, and work skills for people with intellectual and other disabilities, giving priority to providing services for young people with severe intellectual and other disabilities.
