Kansas Statutes Chapter 38. Minors § 38-609. Return of permit on termination of employment

That on the termination of the employment of a child whose work permit is on file, such permit shall be returned by the employer within two days to the official who issued the same; upon receipt of which the official shall transmit the same or a copy of the same to the state labor commissioner.
