All taxes collected under the authority of this act and all the proceeds of bonds issued under the authority of this act shall be paid over to the county treasurer of the county in which such detention home or juvenile farm is located or to be located. The county treasurer of such county shall place said moneys in a special fund or funds and the same shall be disbursed for the purposes for which the taxes were levied or the bonds issued in like manner as if all of such moneys had been derived from tax levies or bonds issued by the county in which such detention home or juvenile home is located or to be located and in accordance with the agreement entered into by the participating counties.
