Kansas Statutes Chapter 38. Minors § 38-509. Supervision

The home herein provided for shall be under the supervision of the board of county commissioners except as otherwise provided for in the provision of chapter 177, Session Laws of 1907,  1 entitled, “An act amendatory of and supplemental to chapter 190 of the Laws of 1905 entitled ‘An act to establish a juvenile court and to provide for dependent and neglected children,’ and chapter 190  2 of the laws of 1905.”
