That the boundaries of each such drainage districts are hereby designated as the same are described in the records of any such court, or in the records of the county wherein such district was created or attempted to be created, and shall contain the territory mentioned in such records, and such territory and boundaries are hereby redesignated as the same appear upon said records, and with like effect as though the description of said property and boundaries were here severally set out at large.
