Kansas Statutes Chapter 24. Drainage and Levees § 24-127. Transfer of territory from one drainage district to another, when

Subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 19-270 and upon a proper petition being presented for such purpose, the board of county commissioners of any county may transfer territory from one drainage district organized and incorporated under the laws of this state to any other adjacent drainage district so organized and incorporated.
