If a proposed intermittent closing involves both a county bridge and a township road, then application shall be made to the board of county commissioners, and K.S.A. 24-1234 but not K.S.A. 24-1235 shall apply thereto. The board of county commissioners shall not issue a permit under this section, until it has received a written approval thereof by the board of township trustees involved.
