The secretary of state shall furnish each county organized for judicial purposes, a seal for the district court, which shall contain the words, “District court, ____________ county, Kansas,” inserting the name of the county--which seal shall remain in the custody of the clerk of said court, and with which he shall authenticate all process and all of his official acts. Until a seal shall be provided, the clerk may use a private seal.
