Kansas Statutes Chapter 2. Agriculture § 2-1113. Dressed poultry; increasing weight prohibited

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to inject, or cause to be injected, water or any other substance by means of what is known as a “needle” or “watergun” or by any other means, into dressed poultry that is prepared and/or offered for sale or sold in the state of Kansas, when such injection would increase the weight of such poultry.
