Sec. 10.5. For purposes of this chapter, an electronic device that is not an electronic poll book may be used at a precinct or vote center to display a sample ballot. For purposes of certification of voting systems under this article, an electronic device, the only function of which is the display of sample ballots, is not considered to be a voting system or part of a voting system.
