Sec. 5. The department may approve a training program under the pilot program that meets the following requirements:
(1) The department determines that the training program is for a high wage and high demand occupation.
(2) Completion of the training program results in an industry recognized credential or certification.
(3) Completion of the training program substantially increases the likelihood of an individual being employed.
(4) The training program is offered by an eligible provider.
