Indiana Code Title 22. Labor and Safety § 22-4-2-30

Sec. 30. For all purposes of this article, the term “hospital” means:

(1) an institution defined in IC 16-18-2-179(b) and licensed by the Indiana department of health;  or

(2) a state institution (as defined in IC 12-7-2-184).
