Indiana Code Title 2. General Assembly § 2-5-53-9

(1) develop recommendations in a report for the general assembly concerning the issues set forth in section 7 of this chapter;  and

(2) not later than November 1, 2023, and before November 1 of each year thereafter, submit the report to the executive director of the legislative services agency for distribution to the members of the general assembly.  The report submitted to the executive director of the legislative services agency under this subdivision must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
