To the extent permitted under state and federal law, the legislative services agency is considered an agent of the governmental entity sharing government information with the legislative services agency and is an authorized receiver of the government information under the statutory or administrative law that governs the government information. Sharing of government information under this chapter does not constitute a disclosure or release under any statutory or administrative law that governs the government information.
