§ 10. Arson offenses; offender to reimburse local emergency response department. A person convicted of arson, aggravated arson, residential arson, or place of worship arson, in addition to any other sentence imposed, shall be ordered by the court to reimburse the local emergency response department for the costs of responding to the fire that the offender was convicted of setting.
