§ 27. Said board, its clerk and treasurer, shall submit to the circuit court of the county in which said district is organized, annually, between the first and tenth days of April, or oftener, if required by said court, verified reports, showing all moneys received and the manner in which the same may have been expended. Three weeks' notice of the filing of such report shall be given by publication in like manner as provided in section 2 of this act, and any person interested may appear and object to the approval of the same, in whole or in part, and the court shall make such orders in reference thereto as shall be just.
