§ 26.1. The board of trustees, its clerk and treasurer, prior to the 15th day of each month, shall submit to the circuit court in which such district was organized a verified statement showing for the preceding month a listing of all persons employed by the district and the total amount of money paid to each person for services performed for the district during the preceding month, including salary, wages, commissions, expenses or other emolument.
