Illinois Statutes Chapter 70. Special Districts § 200/235-30. Organization of the Board

§ 235-30. Organization of the Board. As soon as practicably possible after the effective date of this Article, the Board shall organize for the transaction of business, select a temporary secretary from its own number and adopt bylaws and regulations to govern its proceedings. The Village President shall serve as chairman of the Board.
