§ 11-45-4. Whenever a 2 year period has elapsed during which a municipal band or performing arts activities have not functioned and during the last year of which the tax authorized by this Division 45 has not been levied, the municipal authorities may pass an ordinance transferring the unobligated balance in the band tax fund to the general corporate fund.
