§ 10-1-22. The commission shall employ a chief examiner, who shall, under the direction of the commission, superintend any examination held in such municipality under this Division 1. The chief examiner also shall perform such other duties as the commission shall prescribe. The chief examiner shall be ex-officio secretary of the commission, under the direction of such commission. The chief examiner, as such secretary, shall keep the minutes of its proceedings, preserve all reports made to it, keep a record of all examinations held under its direction, and perform such other duties as the commission shall prescribe.
