§ 10-1-21. The commission shall, on or before January 15 of each year, make to the mayor for transmission to the corporate authorities a report showing the commission's own action, the rules in force, the practical effects thereof, and any suggestions it may have for the more effectual accomplishment of the purposes of this Division 1. The mayor may require a report from the commission at any other time.
