§ 6-107.3. Distinct nature of driver's license dependent on age. The Secretary of State shall provide that each graduated driver's license and each regular driver's license issued to individuals under 21 years of age shall be of a distinct nature from those driver's licenses issued to individuals 21 years of age and older. The colors designated for the graduated driver's license and regular driver's license shall be at the discretion of the Secretary of State.
