§ 9.25. Comparable replacement dwelling; additional or supplemental housing payment. Whenever the cost of a comparable replacement dwelling is greater than what the Authority paid the property owner, the Authority shall provide additional or supplemental housing payments. No person shall be required to move from a dwelling unless comparable replacement housing is available to the person. The total of additional or supplemental housing payments to a property owner under this Section shall not exceed $25,000.
